Taylor Calmelat

Taylor CalmelatAssociate Attorney

Taylor is an associate attorney with Mainor Ellis Injury Law.

Taylor, a Las Vegas native, has worked in the personal injury field since she was in high school, starting out as a file clerk at a personal injury firm in Las Vegas when she was 17 and working her way up to full-fledged attorney.

Taylor received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah (go Utes!) and went on to receive her juris doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While at ASU, Taylor participated as a brief writer/oralist at the National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court competition, served as a student mediator in Phoenix Justice Courts with the Lodestar Mediation Clinic, and acted as president of the award winning graduate acappella group, ASU’s Law Cappella.

Taylor has secured millions in settlements for various personal injury case types, including a 4-million-dollar medical malpractice judgment. She also has experience handling motor vehicle accident claims, dog bite cases, product defect, slip-and-fall, and sexual assault cases.

Former clients have described Taylor as a “tiny bulldog”- because she will fight back against insurance companies and defense firms to secure the best possible outcome for your case.
